I traveled from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, to Paris and Lyon to eat what is considered some of the finest food in the world. My best meal of the trip was the humble liver with crème et moutarde sauce, served with buttery mashed potatoes, and Cervelle de Canut (a historical, local cheese) for dessert here. I will be back to Lyon. I will return Brunet.
