We loved this restaurant and found the food to be much superior to another Bouchon which is one of the official Bouchon listed by Les Bouchons Lyonnais association. The Lyonnaise salad was by far the best I have ever had. The pate was excellent, and the veal in its own juice was perfect. We also enjoyed the Brunet cake, a specialty of the house. Service was excellent, wine was good. We give it our highest recommendation.
Wir hatten auf 19:00 Uhr am Sonnabend reserviert und kamen in das Restaurant, das noch leer war. Nach einer halben Stunde war es mit etwa 40 Personen voll besetzt. Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar (typisch für ein Bouchon) aber alle Gerichte waren sehr lecker. Zu Zweit 97 Euro, das ist mit Dessert, einer kleinen Käseplatte und einer Flasche Wein voll in Ordnung.
Jeden Abend würde ich nicht dort essen, denn - wie gesagt - die Speisekarte ist mit je 4 oder 5 Entrée und Plats überschaubar.
Gerne in einiger Zeit wieder einmal.
